About the event
Please join us on May 4, 2024 for a special ten-year-anniversary celebration of The Welcome Network! We are delighting in the past ten years of serving immigrants and their families in NW Indiana and South Chicago, and we're dreaming of ten more years to welcome the stranger.
The Welcome Network began in 2014 with a legal clinic for immigrants, and now we have been able to resettle many immigrant families, help families apply for asylum, and provide temporary housing for many families. Now, we are looking ahead to the future as we work to sustain our existing programs, and also expand into new opportunities.
Our event will include time to get to know The Welcome Network staff and a delicious family-style dinner. The presentation will feature a special guest speaker, Wes Willison, who will share about the importance of place. We will also hear some immigrant stories, and there will be drawings and music as we celebrate together.
We have a goal of raising $300,000 at this event to sustain our efforts to welcome the stranger. Will you partner with us?
There are several ways to join us:
1. Sponsor a table of 8 guests who will come to learn about the work of The Welcome Network.
2. Sign up as an individual or family to attend.
3. Sponsor the event with a gift of your choosing.
4. Pray for the continued work of The Welcome Network.
5. Invite others to join us!

If you would like to contribute by check, please make checks payable to "The Welcome Network" or simply "TWN."

If you choose to sponsor a table of 8 and would like to pay for your sponsorship by check instead of credit card, send your check for $800 to The Welcome Network. After we receive your check, we will register you for the event. Then, you will receive an email with a form to submit the names and email addresses of your table guests.
