End-of-Year Message from Tony
Dear friends,
As we approach the end of the year, we want to pause and share a story of welcome, one that reflects the heart of our mission and the impact of your generosity.
Recently, a father from one of our Welcome Homes shared something unforgettable with our team.
He grew up in Bethlehem, where during the Christmas season, visitors often filled every hotel. When travelers had nowhere else to go, his mother would open her home—offering meals, shelter, and warmth to strangers.

Now, years later and half a world away, he told his mother that families here in the United States have welcomed him in the same way she once welcomed others. Over the phone, she began to weep:

“What I did for others… people are now doing for you.”

This simple exchange captures the beauty of what your support makes possible: acts of compassion that ripple across generations and continents.
Your Gift Makes Welcome Possible
Every act of welcome begins with someone who decides to care.If you feel moved by the story above, we invite you to join us in sustaining this mission.
Thank you for walking with us, for believing in welcome, and for helping families find safety, community, and hope. We are deeply grateful.

With gratitude,
Tony Burrell
