Needs Assessment

At The Welcome Network, we believe that listening is the first step toward meaningful support.
Our Needs Assessment is a simple and confidential process designed to better understand the goals, challenges, and priorities of the individuals and families we serve — especially our legal clients and newcomer community members.

Through a friendly 20–30 minute conversation (either in person or online), our staff will walk with you to identify potential resources and programs that can help you move forward with stability and confidence.

​

This initiative is offered in partnership with Franciscan Health through its Ministry’s Social Impact Partnership Program, which provides grant funding to help us deliver these services free of charge to the community.
Together, we aim to strengthen access to essential resources for immigrant and refugee families in Northwest Indiana.

• The conversation takes about 20–30 minutes.

• It can be done in person at our office or virtually from home.

• It’s free, voluntary, and completely confidential.
