At The Welcome Network, we believe that every journey matters. Through the Positive Stories Project, we share real stories of resilience, faith, and hope from newcomers, volunteers, and community partners who make our mission possible.​
In this first video of the Positive Stories Project, Gabriela Diaz shares her journey from Mexico to becoming a U.S. citizen. Now part of The Welcome Network team, she reflects on the deep gratitude and patriotism many immigrants feel toward the country they now call home.

Arriving with very little, he reflects on the hope he has found in the USA, his dreams for his children, and the importance of compassion and support for families seeking refuge.

After months of rebuilding their lives, they are now living independently and pursuing new dreams while expressing deep gratitude for the community that walked alongside them.
